Job Description
As an HR Manager L&OD, you will be responsible for the following duties
- Design and develop strategic learning interventions to address critical organisational capabilities.
- Lead reviews of program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for capability development investments and resource allocation.
- Manage allocated learning budgets to ensure optimal resource use and ROI.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating learning solutions with organisational change management.
- Plan and implement organisation-wide LNA exercises.
- Develop and evaluate partnerships with external learning providers, academic institutions, and industry bodies.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 6 years experience in Learning & Development
