HR Manager – Mexico & Latin America

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first HR Manager based in Mexico City to support our retail and corporate teams, with a strong focus on Mexico and growing impact across Latin America. This role is perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, building smart HR foundations, and partnering closely with leaders in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

You’ll work closely with our Regional HR HQ team in New York , acting as a key bridge between local teams and our broader global people strategy—bringing the Golden culture to life across markets.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary HR partner for retail and corporate teams in Mexico, with support across LATAM as needed
