Short Intro and About the Job

As a HR manager for Danone Japan, your primary mission will be to partner with Key local leadership and HR members to translate key business priorities into Engagement and Organization plans that impact the wider organization from a HR standpoint.With a high degree of autonomy, you understand our business priorities and purpose of our business and will take initiative to decide the projects that Danone Japan will take. Assist in implementing HR policy to provide necessary HR service or support normal operation of the factory , closely cooperate with departments and provide targeted training and development for all levels of employees. You will be expected to support on a hands-on level to help Danone Japan grow to the next stage through active employee engagement to build strong relationships across all levels and enable Danone Japan to grow its people alongside its business.
