My client is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and ensure smooth day‑to‑day administrative support for the business. You will play a key role in driving HR policies, compliance, payroll accuracy, and employee lifecycle management within a service‑oriented retail environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage full spectrum of HR & admin functions

  • Lead recruitment and hiring processes

  • Develop and implement HR policies and employee handbook

  • Handle compensation, benefits, salary structure and reviews

  • Manage performance appraisal and annual increment exercises

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and labour regulations

  • Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • Submit CPF, IR8A and IR21 filings
