• HR interface for gamut of HR deliverables for all employees hired under comapny inVietnam, absorption and confirmation, induction and performance appraisal with active involvement with Line Managers. • Liaising and coordination with institutes, universities, hiring consultants regarding brand building, conducting campus recruitments, project training, seminars and position company as a preferred employer among people aiming to grow their career in heavy and metal industries. • Accountable for mapping training needs identification, conceptualizing and implementing customized technical and non-technical training initiatives for all employees in coordination with management. • Responsible for other HR and Personnel Administration programs like payroll and benefits, performance management, employee database management HR actions related to employee life cycle, statutory and legal actions, etc. • Responsible for detailed review and implementation of ...Ready to Apply?
