The Human Resources Manager acts as a strategic partner in implementing organizational culture, designing organizational communication policies to inform and motivate company staff.
- Manages compensation programs.
- Manages services provided to employees.
- Manages and supervises recruitment, selection, and hiring processes in accordance with the organization's needs.
- Designs motivation programs, social, cultural, recreational, and sports events.
- May be responsible for designing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and/or programs to comply with legal regulations and provide employees with a safe environment.
