HR Manager oversees end-to-end personnel, employee well-being, and compliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree: A 4-year degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
At least 3 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years specifically in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Previous background handling HR in a clinic, hospital, life insurance or HMO provider, or healthcare facility is highly advantageous
WORK LOCATION: ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY
