HR Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute HR strategies across a multi-province workforce. Reporting to the Controller, this role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, and HR operations while supporting business growth and fostering a strong, values-driven culture.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and organizational goals Manage talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives Lead employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching across the organization Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and regulatory requirements across multiple provinces Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and HR operations
