The HR AND ADMIN MANAGER will report directly to the Thai Finance manager and Expatiate MD and will be responsible for the following key functions.

  • Recruiting Handling full execution of the recruitment process (including the job posting, screening of applications, scheduling interviews, job interviewing, communication with candidates, hiring manager, and concerned departments).Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.Coordinating and supervising probation performance.Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.Controlling and managing manpower budget and costs.
