Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment and induction process to ensure we attract, recruit, and retain top talent, and keep track of recruiting metrics.
  • Ensuring the company's pay scale complies with federal laws and regulations and overseeing compensation and payroll.
  • Working with managers to help develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees.
  • Handling employee reward systems such as bonuses, merit raises, and pay-for-performance plans to ensure that raises are handled correctly and fairly.
  • Working closely with the Regional HR Manager to undertake staff communication meetings to ensure alignment with Asia Pacific regional initiatives.
  • Creating action outputs from the appraisals concerning personal development, disciplinary action, and succession planning.
