Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. HR Leadership
• Serve as the site HR leader, providing strategic and operational HR guidance to the Site
Manager and leadership team.
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, workforce stability, and organizational
culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR, people, and labor-related matters.

2. Employee Relations & HR Management
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including employment documentation, performance
management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Handle employee grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in
accordance with due process.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
