Job :

.Ensure complete payroll management in accordance with Moroccan legislation




.Prepare, check, and validate payslips in compliance with tax and social rules




.Master calculations for Income Tax (IR), CNSS, AMO, CIMR contributions, and other social organizations




.Manage social and tax declarations (CNSS, IR, 9421 forms, etc.) within legal deadlines




.Ensure compliance of HR practices with the Moroccan Labor Code




.Draft, manage, and monitor employment contracts, amendments, disciplinary actions, and internal procedures




.Handle administrative follow-up of personnel: hiring, departures, absences, leaves, sick days, certificates




.Identify, prevent, and manage social, tax, and legal risks related to personnel management




.Ensure regulatory monitoring (labor law, taxation, CNSS, IR)
