JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overall HR Management: Responsible for directing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits (C&B), labor relations, and related operations, ensuring human resource needs are met and the factory operates stably.
- Build and Perfect HR Systems: Establish, review, and improve HR regulations, processes, policies, and management standards to standardize operations and enhance human resource management efficiency.
- Develop the HR Team: Recruit, build, and train the local HR team in Vietnam, enhance their professional capacity, management skills, and develop succeeding human resources.
