Job Description HR Manager (Ahmedabad) This position will have responsibilities related to Human Resources and Office Manager Role to serving Aimler Solutions at Ahmedabad. Position: HR Manager( Ahmedabad ) Key Responsibilities Process and manage payroll for India offices (Ahmedabad), including salary calculations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI), taxes, and payroll compliance. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Prepare and maintain employee documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confidential personnel records. Maintain and update HR databases within ERP systems. Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations, disciplinary matters, separations, and HR guidance.
