Job Description
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. • HR Minimum of five (5) years of human resource management experience preferred. • Member of an HR institution is preferred. • Knowledge of Labour Laws of Ghana. • Knowledge of HR systems, strategies, procedures and policies.
Recommend new policies, approaches and procedures.
Advise management on Human resource issues.
Create learning and development programs and initiatives to provide internal development opportunities for employees.

JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant shall plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization. He/she shall oversee the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of new staff as well as consult with top executives on strategic planning. The role reports to the Human Resources Director.
