Experience: Minimum 3+ years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct staff induction and ongoing training

  • Manage compliance-related trainings and documentation

  • Coordinate with departments for skill development needs

  • Maintain training records, reports, and MIS
