Job Description
ROLE:
Develop and execute the Annual Learning & Development Plan;
Design and manage internal and external training initiatives (in-person, online, hybrid);
Optimize the e-learning platform and track learning analytics;
Produce, review, and maintain training content (manuals, presentations, videos, workshops);
Lead internal team-building and employee engagement activities;
Support onboarding, career development, performance management, and succession planning;
Ensure compliance with legal and internal learning standards;
Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements;
Provide guidance and expertise in talent development to employees and managers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields;
Minimum 3–5 years in learning, development, or talent management;
Experience in training design, L&D strategy, and event coordination;
