International automotive manufacturing company with more than 40 years of industry experience, located in Apodaca, Mexico, with a workforce of 300 employees, seeks a senior HR Lead to oversee the full Human Resources function at the plant level.

Key Responsibilities Lead the overall Human Resources operation at the plant, ensuring alignment between HR goals and business needs and reporting directly to the organization’s strategic leadership and director.
