Job Description:

• Conceptualise, build, lead and drive people strategy in a high growth organization launching soon in Argentina
• Evaluate policies, processes and initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy
• Work with people teams to identify issues, design and deliver targeted interventions/ solutions
• Develop key people metrics and reports to keeping management abreast of people developments and issues
• Be a trusted advisor to coach, provide expertise and strategic insights in people-related matters
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and legislation to ensure compliance

Conceptualize, build and lead the HR strategy. Evaluate policies and processes to ensure alignment with business plan. Identify and solve problems through interventions or creative solutions. Develop measurement system to be aware of the development of each employee and work team.
