Job Description
The HR Labour Relations Specialist is responsible for managing employee–employer relations in compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) . This role ensures proper administration of disciplinary actions, termination processes, resignations, union interactions (if applicable), employee transportation logistics, and shift assignments. The position supports a high‑performance culture while ensuring legal compliance, fair treatment, and efficient operational continuity across all work shifts.
