Job Description

The HR-IT Systems Analyst is responsible for project deliverables to the HR IT team and must possess special technical knowledge of ADP Workforce Management Time & Attendance Software.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions for the design and configuration of ADP Workforce Management Time & Attendance systems.
  • Understand and optimize the HR and IT operational processes for Time Management within the ADP Workforce Management system.
  • Actively drive alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for ADP Workforce Management.
  • Review, estimate, and implement enhancements to the ADP Workforce Management systems.
  • Ensure operational stability in ADP Workforce Management systems.
