As an HR Intern, you will be a key support member of the HR team, responsible for a range of tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in handling the administrative requirements of hiring.
- Maintain and organize employee 201 files.
- Support year-end document cleanup and filing activities.
- Support employee engagement activities, including organizing and assisting with various employee events and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining and managing office supplies and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees.
