As an HR Intern, you will be a key support member of the HR team, responsible for a range of tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in handling the administrative requirements of hiring.
  • Maintain and organize employee 201 files.
  • Support year-end document cleanup and filing activities.
  • Support employee engagement activities, including organizing and assisting with various employee events and initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining and managing office supplies and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's inventory control.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees.
