Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new and exiting employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Participate in drafting HR documents, such as policies, letters, and reports.
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and support the HR team as needed.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php250.00 per day
