Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for new and exiting employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Participate in drafting HR documents, such as policies, letters, and reports.
- Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support the HR team as needed.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Pay: Php250.00 per day
