Human Resources Intern

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department’s daily activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, data management, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering data input into the overall hiring strategy to ensure diverse and qualified teams.
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and staff.
  • Advertise and source applicants through channels such as the company career page, job platforms, social media, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Operate the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain the confidentiality of data.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in‑person interviews.
  • Organize and assist in training planning and execution.
  • Follow up with training participants and managers for evaluation.
