  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Support sourcing of candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Call and connect with prospective candidates to assess interest, availability, and basic fitment
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and documentation
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms

Skills And Knowledge

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
  • Ability to screen resumes and understand job requirements
