Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with People Managers.
  • Partner with managers to increase employee engagement, performance and outcomes.
  • Provide HR policy guidance to managers and employees.
  • Partner with stakeholders and work closely with the Lead HRBP to ensure company objectives such as diversity and equal employment opportunity.
  • Take part in Employee Health, Well‑being & Workers’ compensation.
  • Assist the Lead HRBP in developing strategies for people management, succession planning and talent management for key managerial positions and stakeholders.
  • Prepare HR‑related reports as needed (e.g., training budgets by department).
  • Define and deploy HR best practices (talent development, workforce planning, rewards & recognition, employees and industrial relations, etc.).
