Job Summary:
The HR Intern will assist the HR team in carrying out day-to-day Human Resources operations, including employee engagement, documentation, and administrative support. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and exposure to company processes within a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Events
• Help organize company events, celebrations, and wellness programs.
• Coordinate logistics for employee activities and assist in event documentation (photos, attendance, etc.).
HR Administration & Documentation
• Maintain and organize employee files and HR records.
• Assist in preparing HR forms, certificates, and other documents.
• Help track attendance, leaves, and other HR-related reports.
