Job Title: Learning & Development Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Intern to support our L&D initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people development, learning strategy, and organizational growth. The intern will gain hands-on experience in coordinating, and evaluating learning programs while working closely with the L&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end coordination of training programs (virtual and in-person)
• Manage training calendars, communication, and participant tracking
• Support data collection, feedback analysis, and impact reporting
• Help in maintaining learning records
• Assist in research for new learning trends, tools, and best practices
