You will begin your journey as an Intern to gain hands-on experience with our culture and processes before transitioning into a full-time Management Trainee role.
Program Structure & Compensation
- Phase 1 (Internship):
o Duration: 3 Months
o Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
o Focus: Learning HR operations, recruitment basics, and organizational culture.
- Phase 2 (Full-Time Employment):
o Role: Management Trainee – HR
o Eligibility: Subject to successful completion of the internship and performance review.
o Annual CTC: ₹4,00,000 (4 LPA)
