Support HR operational execution and drive continuous improvement in core HR processes.
Role Purpose & Core Contributions
- The HR Intern will primarily support HR operational activities and lead improvements to strengthen HR processes, and employee experience.
- Execution support (tracking, follow-up, drafting updates) with HR review/sign-off on all controlled documents and communications
- No independent ownership of HR decisions, employee relations cases, or policy interpretation
