1. Document & Employee File Management

  • Deliver HR documents (Labor Contract, Appendix, COE, SI book, etc.) and track status.

  • File and e-file employee documents.

  • Collect data for SHUI, Bao Viet Insurance, bank accounts.

  • Check training reimbursement documents and update status.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage personal file status and provide consultation to employees.

  • Issue employee cards.

  • Support payroll data consolidation.

  • Follow up exit checklist and support offboarding process.

3. HR System & Reporting

  • Maintain confidential HR data with high accuracy.

  • Export reports as required.
