1. Document & Employee File Management
Deliver HR documents (Labor Contract, Appendix, COE, SI book, etc.) and track status.
File and e-file employee documents.
Collect data for SHUI, Bao Viet Insurance, bank accounts.
Check training reimbursement documents and update status.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage personal file status and provide consultation to employees.
Issue employee cards.
Support payroll data consolidation.
Follow up exit checklist and support offboarding process.
3. HR System & Reporting
Maintain confidential HR data with high accuracy.
Export reports as required.
4. On-site HR Support
Provide on-site consultation.
