HR Intern

Presam Group of Companies is a 100% family owned corporation with subsidiaries in the fields of Petro-chemical industry, construction, supply and distribution, property and resort development, hauling and transport and Retailing. The Human Resources Intern/OJT will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Department. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee records management, and employee engagement activities while gaining hands-on experience in human resource operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of basic HR operations and office procedures
• Demonstrates professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to learn and assist in various HR administrative tasks
