Medicine Hat Public School Division HR-Health and Wellness Advisor
Effective Date: August 4, 2026
A full‑time role focused on promoting the physical and mental wellness of Division staff with the goal of reducing absenteeism. The successful applicant will primarily facilitate disability management programs and wellness initiatives to positively impact staff health and attendance by working collaboratively with employees, supervisors, leadership, benefits carriers, and external service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent education and experience; a certificate in Disability Management is considered an asset.
- At least 2 years' experience in progressively responsible consulting roles in Human Resources.
