EJO LAND INC. are looking for HR HEAD to be assigned at EJO LAND INC. - CALAMBA CITY LAGUNA
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least 1-3 years' experience on the same field.
- Expertise in all HR facets, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training and Development, Timekeeping, and Payroll Processing.
- Knowledgeable in Government Remittances.
- Has keen-eye to every detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong ethics and reliability
