Job Summary

  • Managing HR Staff
  • Responsible for communicating and carrying out HR programs for employees
  • Developing and implementing HR plans and solutions
  • Assist the GM in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Manages employee relations issues to include: hiring practices, transfers, grievances, progressive discipline, terminations, investigations, etc.
  • Ensures that all company policies are consistently applied in accordance with legal and company directives

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, AB/BS Psychology or equivalent Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Must have strong background with Employee/Labor Relations,Compensation and benefits, Recruitment
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience as HR Supervisor.
