HR Global Services Process Integration

Delivers a first‑class employee life‑cycle HR service experience to Global HP employees by utilizing a digital HR support model/experience via end‑to‑end operational services. Identifies emerging applications and drives process improvements and simplification that support business and people strategy. Consults with HR partners and businesses to plan, develop and implement HR IT solutions to meet organizational requirements. Defines strategy for HR Services support of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing (MADO) and leads MADO support activities. Accountable for HR data privacy, risk and compliance.
