Our client in Tete is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team for a job vacancy within the Maintenance Sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of HR advice and support for employees and managers.

  • Oversee the onboarding of new employees and training employees in the company’s procedures and policies.

  • Implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures.

  • Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts.

  • Assisting with the documentation on employee compensation and benefits.

  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
