Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with labor laws and organizational changes.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and time-off requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of employee data and changes.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Assist with performance management processes including reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
