Overview

This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the onboarding process of all LN new employees and HR orientation of AN employees to Subic
• Submits Assignment Entitlements to LOGCAP ES for payment and partners with payroll and PC to resolve pay issues for all employees
• Operates with limited direct oversight and able to resolve complex HR issues
• Coordinates with SMT on req creation
• Coordinates with PMO on Host Country Taxes
• Is the POC for day to day operations of the normal HR functions and duties
• Handles out-processing and demobilization of employees from Philippines
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources PMO team
