Our client is the fastest-growing e-sports company in Asia. Owns and operates a portfolio of leading global esports teams. 

The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support in all areas of human resources including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and will work closely with all levels of management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

  • Managing recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Providing support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures, employee relations issues, and performance management.
