Drive talent management initiatives at BDO as a Human Resources Generalist in Canada. This 12-month contract role focuses on employee experience and advisory support for the National Tax service line.

As an HR Generalist, you will report to the HR Manager while serving as the key support for talent management and employee relations. Your role will encompass collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders to enhance the BDO talent experience, focusing on attracting, engaging, and developing employees. You will also contribute to national HR projects and deliver impactful reporting on the National Talent Strategy.
