**HR Generalist – Manufacturing | Employee Relations Focus**
**Location:** Plymouth, MA
6-month contract assignment
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Onsite)
**Pay:** $38.00-48.00/hour
Are you an experienced **HR Generalist** with a background in **manufacturing** and a passion for **employee relations** ? + Serve as the primary HR partner for employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
+ Conduct workplace investigations while maintaining thorough documentation and confidentiality.
+ Manage leave of absence processes, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and Massachusetts PFML, in partnership with a third-party leave administrator.
