Job Description

Our client is a world leading manufacturer of electronics and home appliances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up payroll and C&B.
  • Be a contact person for all employees and vendors.
  • Responsible for the on/off-boarding processes of employees.
  • Responsible for daily operations and HR admin tasks.
  • Be a person who supports the HRBP with ad hoc duties and special projects, and audits related to payroll and C&B.
  • Responsible for updating SOPs, and all documentation which is related to payroll and C&B.
  • Responsible for PR/POs related to the HR department.
  •  Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in HR or a related area.
  • At least 5 years experiences in HR payroll and admin in a multi-national company.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Power Point and Word.
