The HR Generalist – Project‑Based role supports the Human Resources department in talent attraction, retention, and employee lifecycle management, contributing to organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Create e‑201 files for new hires and ensure completion before regularization.
• Maintain data integrity of employee information in all HCM systems.
• Ensure HCM systems availability and effective implementation across the Thermal BU.
