The HR Generalist will take a supporting role in implementing the strategic human resource calendar for DP World Contract Logistics in Oakville. You will support the HR Manager to plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the HR processes and procedures and be a business partner in all organizational and HR related matters.

Answer routine inquiries involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information on various topics such as disciplines, records, wages, absences, hiring, and policies and procedures. Participate in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, posting jobs, interviewing candidates, conducting orientation and training, completing new hire paperwork and communications to the staff.
