Reporting into the Head of Human Resources - Pacific, the new HR Generalist will be based at our Notting Hill office in Victoria and enjoy flexibility, a healthy work-life balance, and have the option of hybrid working. You will play a key role in supporting employee relations, performance management, HR administration, policy interpretation and compliance, HRIS operations as a key user, payroll as backup support, and HR projects.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Handle queries from employees and managers, escalating as required;
- HRIS management, training, and development of workflows;
- Project delivery for HR initiatives and research for potential initiatives;
- Maintain annual performance appraisal deadlines and timely manager completion;
- Assist with ER cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions;
