Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out
• Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and HRMIS data
• Support preparation of appointment letters, confirmations, extensions, and exit documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new employees
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
• Support compliance-related documentation under PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops & Establishments Act
• Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits
• Assist in performance management processes and appraisal documentation
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data
