This HR Generalist role supports a growing organization of approximately 115 employees. The position is highly visible and hands-on, with a strong focus on payroll while also supporting onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations across multiple states. The HR Generalist will help refine and scale HR processes as the organization continues to expand.
Responsibilities
+ Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time using payroll systems, with a preference for Paychex Flex.
+ Support day-to-day HR operations for approximately 115 employees in a growing organization.
+ Conduct employee onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth and positive new hire experience.
+ Prepare, coordinate, and maintain training materials and programs to support employee development.
