RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing generalist HR support to all departments, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Assisting with the design and delivery of employee training and development programmes
- Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address organizational development needs
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity
- Serving as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR insights and recommendations to support the company's goals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the technology or consulting industry
