RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Providing generalist HR support to all departments, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  2. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  3. Assisting with the design and delivery of employee training and development programmes
  4. Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address organizational development needs
  5. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity
  6. Serving as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR insights and recommendations to support the company's goals
