Job Description

Job Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR documentation, and ensuring company policies are followed.



Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment and selection processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)

- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and handle onboarding/offboarding

- Maintain employee records and update HR systems

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)

- Handle NSSF and tax declarations

- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures

- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs

- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
